Return and Exchange Policy

–  Return and exchange Policy  –

Body Goals provides a seven-day appreciation period experience. Please note that the appreciation period is not a trial period, please keep the product in a brand new state and keep the complete packaging.



  • 1. Return and exchange: if the goods you received are defective or inconsistent with your order, or have other return/exchange requirements, please contact customer service for confirmation in 7 days.

(If the request cannot be made within the time limit, we will not be able to provide return and exchange services)

  • 2. Notice for return and exchange: the return goods must be kept in their original state, that means the complete packaging bag and box.

  • 3. The following circumstances may effect your right to return and exchange:

  • When you receive the goods, please confirm the goods and be consistent with your order.

  • Other reasons that are not necessary or attributable to you for exceeding the inspection, resulting in damage, loss or alteration of the goods.

  • 4. If you have already received the invoice, please attach it when you return or exchange the goods.

  • 5. Please pack the return goods properly in the package used by the delivery company. If the original packaging has been lost, please use another box to wrap the product outside the original package. (Please do not attach paper or write on the original package. If the original package is damaged, we are not able to accept the return.)

  • 6. After you apply for the return or exchange, please take the receipt from the delivery man and keep the receipt until the return and exchange process is completed for future inquiries.

Q: What are the payment / delivery choices?

A: The payment can be cash on delivery or credit card payment (official website supports VISA, Master, JCB for now)



Q: How long will it take to get my order product?

A: After the order is confirmed, your order will be handled within 24 hours (if it is a weekend or national holidays, it will be postponed). Generally, the goods you ordered will be received within 3-5 week days.  If the product page is marked as an item of pre-order, it will be shipped on the date announced on the product page.


Q: How to apply for return or exchange?

A: Please contact Body Goals customer service, the service staff will inform you the return or exchange information.
